| Frame:
The aluminium frame consists of a series of identical arches.
Arches are formed connecting special extruded beams together.
When raised vertically, the arches form standard modular bays.
All main components of the arches are interchangeable.
All extrusions in the frame are made from aluminium alloy 6082
T6. When anchored, the structure will stand up to 140km/h-wind
load and 10kg/m²-snow load. The frame has an expected useful
life of over 50 years.
Fabric:
The top consists of a series of identical panels that are installed
in between the arches. The fabric slides into the grooves designed
on the beam allowing a rapid installation and a watertight connection
between the top and the frame. Depending on the material used,
the top has a life expectancy of 7 -12 years.
Site Conditions and Preparations:
The building must be anchored to meet reaction loads dictated
by local building codes. The site should slope no more than 5°
and should be designed to control and direct rainwater away from
the structure's perimeter.
