Every country has one or more snow and wind zones. These are environmental values to which the load strength and resistance of constructions need to be designed. Spantech structures are designed according to the European norm for temporary buildings and adhere to the local code for permanent structures. Yes, there are. A fabric roof liner provides you with great lighting and translucency inside your structure. We can also choose to equip your structure with a double inflated textile roof for better insulation and to avoid condensation. But the most important advantage is that a textile roof is a cost-effective way to quickly create a watertight roof. Spantech structures can also be fitted with a hard roof.
Yes, it is. Our structures are 100% dismountable and relocatable. Most structures, therefore, have a second, third, fourth or even more lives. The fabric roofs are recycled after their lifespan and the frame has a lifespan of over 50 years. Did you know that +40% of our aluminum used, is made from recycled material, resulting in a significantly lower embodied carbon footprint compared to traditional construction. Besides that, we also pre-assemble most parts in our factory to reduce the installation time-on-site, and therefore the CO2 emission. In addition, our structures are designed to optimize transport volumes.

The fabric roof is a so-called ‘technical textile’ that is coated with PVC and an extra protective layer against mould and UV. This material has a lifespan of 20 to 25 years.
